There is an increasing demand of PRACTICAL skills among alumni in the competitive society. Closeness of education and occupation promotes employees, capacity and success at their work place. The aim of this study was to create a better understanding of the relationship between education and occupation, and productivity among Iranian psychology graduates or alumni. Doing this, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 133 graduate students from government universities throughout the country, who were randomly selected. Findings indicate that 65 percent of the contributors in this survey were employed after completing their undergraduate study. A considerable proportion of them believe their education - occupation closeness is either high, or moderate. This situation enables them to use their knowledge in practice. It is concluded that (1) Iranian university graduates do their best in their occupational productivity, and (2) they bring in practice their essential talent and show significant PRACTICAL skill in an appropriate work environment.

Takfiri Jihadi Salafists are one of the groups affiliated with Ahl al-Hadith of Ahl al-Sunnah. In the intellectual dictionary of this movement, pragmatism and jihad are one of the main mechanisms for creating change and transformation in society. Considering the extent of this movement and its influence in the Islamic world, understanding the intellectual foundations of this current is a necessity. This research, with a descriptive and analytical method, seeks to answer the question: what are the most fundamental theoretical and PRACTICAL concepts in the discourse of jihadist Salafists? And what role do these concepts play in the actions of jihadists? The findings of the research show that keywords such as "disbelief" and "faith", "monotheism in governance", "formation of the Islamic caliphate", "struggle with the rule of Taghut", "emigration", "pragmatism", "connection between faith and action", "originality of action", "opposition to reactionary thinking", "attention to the text of the Qur'an" and "ignoring the four Sunni sects " are among the components of these movements.

Critical rationalism faces difficulty in Karl Popper’s Socratic formulation: “I may be wrong, and you may be right, and by an effort, we may find the truth.” But the Socratic elenchus, using refutations, can only give us negative knowledge of general principles, which is not the wisdom we seek. Affirmatively, we can only find a collection of opinions to be coherent, which is one of many. Francis Bacon proposed an improved elenchus to find general truths. You must take up a limited topic to study, then cross-examine your evidence for and against its apparent nature. Experiments contrary to evidence and presumed knowledge are entered as self-contradictions in tables of opposition recorded in an “experimental and natural history.” Such an account highlights a challenging puzzle if the account is to be made coherent. With enough problematized evidence, a coherent reading, or a solution of the puzzle, will be unique. Being both coherent and unique, it will be the truth about that limited reality being investigated. Unlike the method of hypothesis (“Anticipating Nature”), deciphering a coherent model is “Interpreting Nature,” allowing us to find a general truth on a limited topic. Isaac Newton achieved great success using Robert Boyle’s mechanistic version of this method. Using the “experimental philosophy,” he discovered general principles of optics and astronomy.

Studies on Islamic law potential in international Commerce and Comparative research on ethical code of commerce have increased in recent decades. Two cases brought to English court titled, Shamil Bank of Bahrain v. Beximcoand Musawi v RE International (UK) Ltd (2007)raises the question of how the parties of contract could choose Islamic law to serve as APPLICABLE or proper law of the commercial contract and financial disputes. This article tries to review some rules and principles of Islamic Commercial law, such as principle of consent, foredoom of commerce and its limitations and protecting of merchants. It also analyses Mamluk Commercial Treaty with Republic of Florencein 1488 and two recent cases brought to English courts based on Glorious Sharia as APPLICABLE law and governing law. For comparative study purposes, this article discuses legal and ethical code of commerce in Islamic teaching in order to introduce similar conception in other major legal system. The outcome of this study is that it is necessary for comparative law centers in Islamic countries and International Islamic Fiqh Academy at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to introduce Islamic commercial rule and principles in the model commercial law frameworks. This approach will facilitate choices of Islamic law as APPLICABLE law and considered a step toward interaction between Islamic and Western legal systems in the realm of commerce.

Heusler alloys have attracted much attention due to their unique electronic structure. Most of the research on the Heusler compounds to date, has involved structures that contain transition elements. Recently, quaternary Heusler compounds without the presence of transition metals have attracted attention both from an experimental and a theoretical point of view. We have applied the first-principle method to investigate the structural, electronic, and magnetic properties of the KYBX(Y=Ca or Sr, X=S or Se) quaternary Heusler compounds. The results of our calculations showed that these compounds are ferromagnetic. After examining the different arrangements of atoms in these compounds, it has been determined that the type I of these structures is the most stable configuration. The electronic properties of these alloys indicate that they have a magnetic moment of 2 μB and are magnetic semi-metals with 100% spin polarization at the Fermi level. Their semi-metallic property primarily originates from the p orbitals of B atoms. These compounds are suitable for spintronic applications.

It seems the most important of feature studies about the government in Iran is related to the existence of an independent and articulated political thought in the country. This thought from which is mentioned under different names of "kingship" or "Iranian" thoughts and so on, indicates the organization of government in Iran has based on a powerful theoretical back and worked on it. This article attempts on the light of two theories of oriental despotism and patrimonialism to study its theoretical cohesion. In the same order, it efforts to show the foundation of government in Iran mostly is concentrated not to an articulated and special thought but to PRACTICAL imperatives and necessities.

Engineering education is based on the technical methods in the present form. Information revolution causes to access the technical education materials as a widely spread form by the students. These materials are more effective than the traditional engineering education. Thus, it is necessary to change the engineering education methods from the classical form. General workshop is a first-year course for the engineering students and it is an introduction on the engineering regulations. Nowadays, this course is run to teach the PRACTICAL training. However, this goal cannot be achieved because of the short period of the course, various topics of the course and improper education methods. In this paper, this course is revised based on the teaching of engineering concepts to the students. Various engineering concepts are explained which can be educated in this course without considerable changes in practice but with magnificent change in the course prospective. It is expected that this new design helps the students more to be familiar with the engineering concepts and methods.
